The developer, Grupo Questro, has a long history in Los Cabos and is intimately involved in the growth of the destination. Our passion for Los Cabos started all the way back in 1985, when our founder, Eduardo Sanchez Navarro Sr., started acquiring parcels of land around the area. Over the years Grupo Questro has developed or sold a significant amount of the resort properties in the “Cabo Corridor”. During that time, Puerto Los Cabos has been the vision of the Sanchez Navarro family and the crowning achievement of Grupo Questro. Our commitment to develop the property into a world-class destination continues to drive us forward and into the future. We are proud of the work that has gone into the development so far and strive to keep improving every year.

Puerto Los Cabos is a 2,000 acre master planned community comprised of five separate tracts of land, in partnership with Fonatur and others. The complexity of this ownership structure insured that Puerto Los Cabos could only be developed by an established developer with the reputation, resources and connections to bring the property to reality. As a fully integrated, mixed use resort, with hotels, residential neighborhoods, Marina, golf, gardens and private membership club, we offer the full spectrum of amenities to enjoy at home in Puerto Los Cabos.

In addition to Puerto Los Cabos, Grupo Questro also developed and operates, Club Campestre San Jose, Cabo Real, as well as owns several hotels in the area: Casa Dorado Medano Beach, ME Cabo, Dreams, Secrets, El Ganzo, Casa del Mar, and Hacienda Beach Club and Residences. Grupo Questro is also a partner in El Dorado.

Outside of Los Cabos, Grupo Questro has multiple other developments that include retail, commercial, entertainment, golf and residential.
